The Black List

    Over the years I have seen some hostile behavior from some customers (All internet based). I suppose since I'm an open business I am also an open target for some abuse. This is noticed on the Warning Toronto Cycles posted by someone in 2008 and still is in search. Sadly this was not a customer that purchased from me so I have no information to post. Less than .01% of customers wind up here.
    If you think you are on this list in error please contact me so I can remove.
The names on this list otherwise are permanent. This list is reserved for the most hostile and irrational behaviors. Very few wind up here. I always give a few days cooling off time before posting.
    This list is also for me to keep records to prevent re-purchases.
Most on this list have approved so they feel more comfy to forum bash.
There is some customer cursing on this page...sadly.

Matthew Li - Refund after not specifing spoke size...unapproachable.
 
Amanda Cook, Etna, ME 04434 - spoofing, opening claims after a few days to communicate, I refunded to end the game.

S and S Fabrication - Sean Malloy 7323 El Cajon blvd, la mesa CA 91941provided wrong address, opened claim, demanded free re-ship with no communication, didn't respond. I refunded to end the game.

'Steven Inyan Mata' - Kokusai Boxing Academy  Not a customer that ever purchased.  Boxing rage. Asked to be blacklisted. Wanted me to do the shopping for him under conditions like:
You fucks rag Americans for being lazy...
Moreover..why the fuck are you even replying...
can't handle the job?...Got it. Feel free to put me on the dreaded "black  list"
 
 
Steven Nelson - Weird cursing and threats (Also a US Marine)..this was about the most hostile. below is an example of why we have the Black List and why I blacklisted:

I'm pissed because you're a f%^&ing jackass! It's Pissing match. Auto word inserted passing and I didn't catch it. This right here F%^er is a pissing match. Your a friggin useless moron. Your remedy for all this was to refund me the money I paid yesterday and cancel my 4 nut order. All the while I'm telling you not to cancel that order. So you cancel that order and immediately reorder the same 4 nuts for me and charge me again. How's that a f%^^ing refund you useless idiot? Your customer service skills suck ass! You have no God damn idea how to satisfy a customer. Does your man have that same issue? Left ever night unsatisfied by you! You're a fucking tool! I can keep going! I planned on continuing shopping with you, but customer satisfaction is the least thing on your mind. No, you took it upon yourself to cancel my order yesterday. I told you not to. You did what you @$#%^@ wanted and gave no real care to what this customer wanted. Keep texting me stooge and this is just going to get worst. I do not plan on texting you again so cut this s$% out or I'm going to get downright f%^&ng ruthless with my words. I got my money on standby and you've kept your Bull&^it product. Filippo Dina (Cheap Chef Pippo) - Demanded free tacking and I refused and later refunded:
Turn me away and your turning down plenty of business. In fact I will make it a point to advertise everything that has happened here on every social media site. Every Cycling blog and let everyone know what poor customer service you provide. I will be relentless for months. My gf owns a impressive Pr company. Her and her colleagues will have fun with this one. For no cost to me. For a $100 order you making a foolish a mature mistake. What's right is right. And you Tom are very wrong.

    Thank you for enlightening me, because I had never heard of Neil Young and I did not go to the Belle and Sebastian (at my ex wife's request) concert at Massey Hall in 2003 (I think), because my name is Manuel, right? There are some of us that have this name but come from across the pond, buddy. I guess you can call it the Spanish Reconquest. What I meant to say was that since you had no info that you were from Canada I was expecting it in three days hoping you were in the East Coast or the Midwest and 5 to 7 tops if it came from the West Coast, Capisci?
    Now, obviously you ain't no Neil Young, Senator... but you could be civilized too.
    I have noticed that sometimes we come across as asses when we write, though... it is in these situations that a phone provides the necessary intangibles (tone of voice, cool or uncool intonation, enunciation, etc) that help us understand the other person. 99% of the time people are not the asses I thought they were after a phone call... well, you probably already tried that and it didn't work out for you, so maybe I am wrong.
     I may be direct but I have not been hostile after you have been misleading by pretending you are a U.S website and have been utterly unhelpful after your shipment has not arrived in two weeks if it was ever shipped.
We are going to post the whole conversation and let the members decide.
 Now you are saying you are blacklisting me but that's because you don't want any complaints even when they are well founded and done with respect like mine. Seriously? Who on Earth is going to need your website? There are hundreds of vendors like you... only one does not have to wait more than 2 weeks for delivery! Better to buy all you sell from a Chinese vendor on ebay! It takes about the same time! (forget your extra shipping charges... or anybody else's for that matter. That's for suckers or desperate people!)
 All you say is I have to keep waiting but everybody knows it does not take more than 10 days to arrive from Toronto. Please do not send anything now. please refund me at your earliest convenience. Having said that, and going by this experience so far, you are not going to refund me and I even doubt you would have either, even if I had not written to you before, so I'l just start my claim with Paypal tomorrow morning     Now all I can do is vent my frustration at the BMW and Ducati fori. At least I can warn unsuspecting USA customers. You could have avoided that by being nice on the phone but I bet you can't do that, hence the policy. By the way, this is something that caught my attention from your website after a few days of waiting... I would not have called. I hate phones too but for other reasons. I prefer to write...

Donview MFG - Calls (905-470-7925) and threatens for free items, bashing in forums, cursing after a purchase from a year ago with no records....one of the worst.


Spinny Doo (Torin Walker): This person came in for anodizing. Wasted hours of time. Didn't want to pay for anodizing then accused me of stealing scrap. Never apologized. Was informed of blacklisting.

Italy:
Sebastiano Sortino: Claims, Threats and repeating purchases thru other people.

Germany:
Sebastian Fisher: Negative feedback after full refund. Repeat attempts to purchase

Spain:
ANGEL SALOMON MORCILLO - claim and escalated in one day.

Frederic Spolidoro: Claims and repeating attempts to purchase

Nuno Brazao - Forced a refund then followed up with notice of receipt. Never paid. Scam.

416-970-1019 - Unknown in Canada - Cursing on phone.
